About Us
The concept of Envision began in 2006 out of the desire to provide a forum for mission-minded people.
This would be a place to share and grow in knowledge, expertise and passion for the global outworking of the Great Commission (Matt 28:18).
The founding team, Pete and Karen Cossey, Robyn Hamilton, and Sandra Fox, stepped out in faith to serve the Christian community.
This resulted in the local initiative of Envision 2007, a National Mission Conference for global impact.
God blessed the collaborative effort of mission organizations, churches and individuals in the first Envision Conference.
Positive feedback encouraged the team to run Envision regularly as a biennial conference.
There were many stories of how this local initiative challenged and changed lives with individuals responding to further involvement in cross-cultural missions.
The next conference was held in 2009.
The goal of the conference is to provide a forum for
• Networking of mission agencies, churches and individuals
• Informing about current mission thinking
• Equipping people for cross-cultural involvement
• Reporting on the state of world missions
Envision Charitable Trust is committed to the promotion and development of world-wide cross-cultural mission. This involves field facilitation and church mobilisation.
